It's basically a huge toaster oven that doesnt toast. It is pretty and cleans up well. It does cook small amounts fast. It basically cooks enough for 2 people. I like it enough to not return it but it is far from what I was wanting/expecting.

Love this air fryer, roaster, bake, broil, etc. The trays are Teflon coated which is great.

Dislike nothing about this product. This is the best purchase i made this year in best buy

Exactly what I was looking for. My wife loves the perfect size to cook complete dinners.

Broke down in exactly under a year and by the time I brought this issue up with bestbuy, it had been a year and one week. Looks like it'll no longer be covered under manufacturer warranty and needs to be repaired. Good product, but not a lasting one... In terms of functionalities and features, its pretty good. But at the end of the day, I'm not trying to replace/repair airfryers every year.

A good machine but I find it stressful getting to know how to use it as controls are not very user friendly. Frightened of filling the house with the smell of burning so I rarely use it,

Great gift for my sister with kids. 12 qts. is massive and holds alot of chicken wings.

It says Stainless Steel but the trays were coated in teflon. And when it is hot, the trays bend and warp (because they are so thin) and they would sometimes slip out of the groove that is supposed to hold them in place. Food cooked pretty well but the biggest issue was that if you hit the off button once it starts it could take up to 1 minute for it to actually stop heating. The main heating fan just keeps going. It randomly shuts off.

This thing is amazing! Works wonders for those looking to eliminate cooking with oils.

Doesn't work. The only functioning part of this is that it turns on, and the fan blows. That's it. Not one single pre-selected cooking option responds to touch. I have tried to adjust temp and time, still no response from machine. I can no longer return it- I purchased January 22, and could not return it passed February 6. Not sure why such a short amount of time, but within that time range I did not have the chance to try it out. Very disappointed. I spent money on a defective fryer with no ability to reconcile this. Hopefully you all have better luck.

Its perfect, way better than a regular air frier, would definitely recommend to anybody

Absolutely terrible product. I wish I could slice the one star into half. Bought the first one, it worked but screen is blank and the timer button doesn't work so you have to set your phone alarm or something otherwise you will have to have a burnt feast so I returned it. For the second the screen came on, although you have to shut the window and turn of the lights in the house to be able to see the light. Timer wont work on this one too. I am returning it to best buy. I tried to give the product a second chance but its obviously not worth it.

Love it. Large enough for everything i need. Works really well to make things crispy.
