I love the inside space of this air fryer and the overall size a well. I just really don't like that the inserts aren't non stick.

Came defective but I got rid of the box before I could submit a claim

Good one only had a month could have a brighter display

I love it!! It cooks everything just right. I take a little cooking time off as instructed because this thing is really powerful. I’ve made pizza, roasted chicken, bacon, fried chicken and even hamburgers so far and it cooked them all so nicely! Meat comes out very juicy, and it’s good at crisping things.

Photo's on Box Very Miss Leading, Makes one think that Product in Box Can Handle Larger Food Items, IE: Pizza Picture Looks to be for a Basic 12" inch Pizza, However actual unit size is more like a 7" Pizza, I Ended Up returning this unit because of this Factor, Had this Item been on Display Out Of The Box, I could have seen this & would not have purchased this. So Buyer Beware The Pictures on Box are Enlarged, Not Capable of Handling what is Shown.

Control Panel is not very clear and easy to use. Beats nothing .

Compact design is awesome however design flaw - no dril tray for each shelf

Works good but it always automatically goes to 29 minutes and is not that simple to stop the time left to cook.

Not great! Very heavy... when using trays the one on top cooks better/faster than the others... digital clock has a light already burn. You should try another brand

Had basket style air fryer that worked, but was very limited on space. Bought this Bella Pro Series with multiple racks and absolutely love. Can cook for whole family at one time, and love all the different settings. Have cooked burgers, chicken, fish, and many other things. I highly recommend.

When we got it, none of the trays would fit in the top rack. While packaging it back up to return it, we noticed Best Buy tape had been used to seal it shut and noticed where a red sticker had been pulled off the side and left pieces of the sticker, therefore it became obvious to us that it had been opened before and probably returned for the same reason we did. Very disappointing from Best Buy to think that we were sold an open box item as a new item. We probably won't order anything else from Best Buy now that they have lost our trust.

Looks big in pocture but its smaller than a toaster oven … biggest disappointment. Second disappointment was although it has bake setting et, you cant even toast a slic of bread in it… it claims othe features but i habe uet to figure out how to do it. Rotisserie feature? Forget that. Theres no way you can fit any size whole chicken the there. Not at all

For the price is good. But I have a old one it's better

The unit cooks ok but I am giving this a low rating due to the trays. They are a pain to slide into the unit and even worse when it comes to cleaning them. I have never had a non-stick tray that is as hard to clean as these are. I do like the door opening to the side instead of dropping down. Just those dang trays. I have not been able to find a replacement for the ones that came with it either.

I am so disappointed in this purchase. I had a small air fryer which I loved and was hoping this larger one would allow me more space for cooking larger portions. I was wrong! The design is terrible and the 2 small trays do not hold enough to cook for a family of 4. I’m also disappointed that the size of most frozen pizzas are to big for the pizza tray. The 15 day return policy is disappointing also. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again.

It smelled strange the first few times i used it. I expect that to a degree with this type of appliance, but it was a very potent plastic smelling odor. It filled my house. Otherwise i really like this air fryer. Aside from it not being obvious how to turn it off. You have to hokd the power button then open the door. Instead of just holding the power button?

Large airfryer/oven. This has cut down on our over useagr by 90%.

No basket. Still figuring it out but doesn’t hold as much as I thought. Fries took a long time. Too big to store on the counter.
