This air fryer is amazing!! I had a regular air fryer before but this one is waaay better especially with the door and multiple shelving. So many cooking options so I love that. Would definitely recommend this to anyone

I planned on using the air fryer for a gift but I changed my mind and decided to keep it myself. After I opened it, it was 2 1/2 weeks after purchase I noticed it was missing a part for the rotisary and the air fryer wouldn't shut off. I went to the store and the person at the door told me to call the company. I did and they told me to just unplug it and said nothing about the part. I was not happy with the service. I think a product should last for for than 10 minutes of use. May be it was the reason it was on sale

It is okay. The trays fit snug so they scratch the appliance everytime the are removed.

Bought it for christmas present was missing book and 1 tray was told to order it on the website? At a charge

I can’t turn the power button off. I have to unplug it every time. I love the way it bakes and air fries

Huge disappointment. Box stated recipe book included. No book. Go online. Desire actual book. Even purchased another one same day as a gift. Would not have done so if had known actual book was not included. Not easy to use for first-timer without book knowing how much time to cut food items. Do not recommend for beginners.

Works great,but hard to see the controls....if you are color blind.

So So. A little difficult to use but overall not bad.

Takes a long time to cook things and you can’t use both racks at the same time. I’m disappointed in this purchase. It also is difficult to stop and the off button is always blinking.

This item expensive but less quality, it’s takes longer time to cook than any other air fryer.

It gets the job done but doesn't necessarily stand out from all the other air fryers on the market.

This doesn’t have a roasting feature. Or I’ve yet to find it, so my bread is always dehydrated

The fryer worked well, but it took more effort to keep it clean.

To small for the average chicken. I like cats. They taste like chicken.

Not what I expected. cannot air fry chops and fries at the same time.

Works well & the touch controls are responsive. I like that you can see the doneness level through a glass window. The device looks great on my countertop because of its clean lines & sleek profile.

I’m sure mine was just an exception, as it was the last one left when I bought it. It did not work when I tried to use it for the first time. Received an error message. I had high hopes for it but unfortunately, I didn’t have to opportunity to put it to use. Had to return and get my money back.

Good for no more than 2 people. Max size for rotisseried chicken is three pounds...they're hard to come by unless you using Cornish. It is not family nor football game-friendly. The directions are extremely difficult to read and I could them somewhat confusing. I only gave it two stars because it does cook.

Terrible! Junk! Don't buy this awful Fryer! Turns off and then is unresponsive. Happened to two other people I know. Customer service for this product is the worse ever! They wont honor the product. Request a video of problem. Then when you send the video they refuse to issue a refund. Stay clear of this product, and stay clear of all Bella products! Just junk!

This fryer is used daily! Bake air fry broil it all made cooking easier
