I received a gift of a 12.6 qt Touchscreen Air Fryer Pizza Oven with Rotisserie. The box was not resealed and the 2 rotisserie end pieces were missing. Bella refuses to send me the missing parts because it was still within the Best Buys return policy but past their 30 day warranty. It was purchased on 11/27/2020 and it is now 12/28/2020. I called 3 times. The first call they said I had to have the receipt for them to ship me the parts. The second call they said, “No” I had to return it to the store because the Best Buy may have removed the parts - NOT. I asked for a Manager. They took my name and number. The 3rd call, 6 hour later, they said I had to return it to the store because it was the past 30 day warranty. They took my name and number for a Manager to call me. Still no Manager call. I explained to all 3 Customer Service Reps that I didn't want to return it, there is a pandemic, I just wanted the missing parts they did not pack!!! It makes no sense that I have to pack it back up, return it to the Best Buy for them to return it to the Bella. Why is this now my and Best Buys problem when it would be more cost effective and customer satisfying to just ship the missing parts. I am now an unhappy Customer, who didn't want to Bella’s product. Bella products must be junk since they’re not willing to support them. No real 2 year warranty only store returns. Thankful Best Buy said they will allow a return.

Works great, tons of different cooking features, I love that it has a light so you can see the food inside. The best feature is that it has metal trays that easily slide out and are simple to wash, instead of the plastic pot that most air fryers have to hold/cook food.

This air fryer oven works great, the trays clean up very easily and looks nice on the counter.

Just learning how to air fry. This model has many air fry options. Everything comes out crisp, not soggy like the microwave. Love it so far. Can't wait to learn more. The only negative is the power button does not turn it off while cooking. Have to decrease the time to turn it off.

This machine is a great little gadget. The pizza cooking function does cook the pizza on both sides but leaves the middle undone.It also only will fit a very small pizza. The rotisserie function is great in theory but the unit is much to small to cook anything bigger than a Cornish game hen. It is versatile in that it will bake, air fry, and more. The capacity will be sufficient for 2-3 people.

This Digital Air Fryer Oven is awesome, works so much better than any other I've had. The settings work as they say. The broiler could be, the rest are perfect.
