I would give it a 5 star if the Rotisserie parts werent missing. I emailed corporate and they said i would have to return it instead of them mailing the parts.

works as intended and the space to bake/fry is perfect!

No No No. When you open the door to take out the trays with your food, everything drips all over the door as you remove the tray, so your door ends up getting greasy or saucy. You can't set the tray down with food on it, unless you have a plate or something to rest the trays on. It ends up making a huge mess. I tried to cook wings and when I started pulling the tray out, it fell out as I had it about halfway out and the wings went rolling onto the floor. Hot, greasy-dripping wings rolling all over the floor. Not good! The trays are losing their finish after only a few uses. I've used this four times in a week with NO better success. There's no learning curve. It just isn't a good design. The appliance doesn't start when I push "START" until 2-3 tries. I am returning it and going back to a basket style where I have more control over the appliance and it's easier to use.

I wish I could return it, heat not evenly distributed, fan is too loud !!!

I would review this item if you had actually SENT IT TO ME!!!! I have been waiting since DECEMBER 9, 2023, when i ordered it to get it!! Best Buy blames FedEx, and FedEx blames Best Buy. So here I sit, with a CHRISTMAS PRESENT THAT NEVER ARRIVED, but of course BB was happy to take my money!!! Am I mad? You BET. Never, NEVER will I EVER purchase so much as a pack of gum from BEST BUY!!! THEY ARE CRAP!!! Thanks for ruining my Christmas, Best Buy! You suck.

The Digital Touch screen is nice. It would be nice for it to have a stop button so if you decided to take something out you could cut the unit off and not let the fryer keep going.

It’s a great appliance to have, we made beef jerky, that turned out excellent and it’s wonderful with reheating pizza

Had to return. We turned on for our first use and it made such a loud noise when it would warm up and the when it would cool down. The screen would stay frozen even when we unplugged it and plugged it back in screen would still be on there just when used it. So weird. This was our first air fryer oven. Never again, went back to the air fryer basket.

Not sure did not get to use upon turning on fan was hitting making loud noise so returned.

Missing essential parts! The rotisserie function requires two grippers that mount on the rod, and which insert into the meat to hold it in place as it is cooked. The two grippers are missing in the appliance delivered to me, effectively nullifying the rotisserie function. Disappointing in a product from Best Buy.

I love my product very much and use it as much as i can!

Worked great for me until about a year after using and it stopped working all of a sudden even though i only used it about once a week. It wouldn't turn on at all.

Item makes noise after 18 minutes and tried to return, but kept getting different answers in how to return item. (4 different people) Wanted me to do all leg work. Will never purchase another item by email from Best Buy again. Finished!!!!

First of all the light inside never worked and for the last couple weeks it keeps turning on and off by itself and now the display won’t even turn on all you see is the power button on

Not good. Turn on by itself. I return the first one, second was the same

Don't give as a gift. I gave this to somebody for Christmas. It was missing a part and the manufacturer doest care.

I only tried it once because it smoked up the whole house. I had to let up windows to release the smoke from house.

Did not come with the skewers for the rotisserie I will not be buying from you guys again
