This is a great coffee maker! I got it on sale for like $20 and wow I may as well have stolen it. Its great! All the features of way more expensive makers at a lower price. Even at regular price this is a good deal.

I purchased the version with the glass carafe. I am extremely happy with this coffee maker. I like the freshness timing feature and the coffee is hotter than I can remember with my old coffee maker.

Needed a good, simple, affordable coffee maker, easy to use and this is exactly what I needed for work. Priced right, makes 12 cups of coffee, what more could you ask for.

This is exactly what I wanted in a coffee makes. One that I can preset and wake up to hot coffee every morning. Easy to use and program.

Instructions with unit were not very clear or instructive on how to access many of the features called out in the marketing material but unfortunately that is normal for these relatively inexpensive appliances. Well I don't like glass pots, this one, at least, was usefully marked with indicator haches of both actual cups into the reservoir as well as net brewed cups into the pot. I did like the ability to program the length of time the hotplate was on for after the brewing process completed as I hate burnt coffee. As a matter of fact I transfer the brewed coffee, as quickly as possible, into an Insulated metal carafe which I saved from a previous coffee maker. The instructions for how to set this delay function were one of the set of opaque instructions in the documentation provided with the coffee maker.
