An inexpensive alternative to fancy coffee makers.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Instructions with unit were not very clear or instructive on how to access many of the features called out in the marketing material but unfortunately that is normal for these relatively inexpensive appliances. Well I don't like glass pots, this one, at least, was usefully marked with indicator haches of both actual cups into the reservoir as well as net brewed cups into the pot. I did like the ability to program the length of time the hotplate was on for after the brewing process completed as I hate burnt coffee. As a matter of fact I transfer the brewed coffee, as quickly as possible, into an Insulated metal carafe which I saved from a previous coffee maker. The instructions for how to set this delay function were one of the set of opaque instructions in the documentation provided with the coffee maker.
