I don't like where you pour the water since it's too narrow, and the water ends up spilling often. I need two hands to open the top lid. I would want the water level on the other side.

Waiting for help with defective machine

Set up of clock, programming feature was easy. Brewing was completed within 8 minutes for 4-6 cups. Then, about 25 days after receiving, I noticed some water on countertop. Assumed I was sloppy in filling, so was super careful that evening for set up. Water again in morning when we got up. Again, thought maybe brew cycle was producing too much steam, so I got up BEFORE brewing started. The towel I had place under the machine was wet, water level indicater showed about 1 cup less than when set up. Return window at our local store was past, but Best Buy gave me a phone number to call Bella. No response yet to my voicemail I left there on 3/29.
