Works great, replaced my 6 year old Hamilton Beach coffee maker. Easy to set up and use. Coffee stays really hot. Takes standard basket style filters if you dont intend to use the basket. 2 months so far with no issues, more compact than previous coffee maker it replaced.

Simple and easy to use! Plug it in, set the time, fill it with water, and add the coffee to the built-in filter, then you can brew now or set a timer to brew later. Very old school, and I'm thankful it's not a smart device. Coffee machines don't need WIFI and device pairing, just brewing. It also is compact, not taking up much space and looks nice.

I purchased the 12 cup programmable coffee maker by Bella and love it! the coffe brewed quickly and tasted like it came from a 5 star restuarant. Not burned, not weak but smooth and refreshing first thing in the morning. We drink our coffee all day so its important to us to be able to keep it hot. The default keep warm time is 2 hours but its adjustible to extend which was perfect. I also really like the reusable filter basket, no more buying and messing with paper filters and spilling the grinds all over the place trying to remove the flimsly paper to empty it. Finally my favorite part is I can set the timer and make the coffee the night before I need it so when I wake in the morning a fresh pot is hot and ready to drink. The carafe is easily removable to pour into my cup or my thermos without obstructions. I do have to admit when I saw the picture of the coffee maker online and on the box the photo depicts a black carafe, I thought it was stainless steel. It is glass so I was worried the glass would not hold the heat. After a short trial period I discovered the glass carafe does keep the coffee warm so I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

I purchased this for Christmas. I needed a smaller pot and this one looked nice enough. It brews well. Has a 4 hour warm and you can even set up the pot to brew at a specific time. Can be used with the filter insert or the regular kind if you remove the brew basket. Easy to fill with water. Really no complaints.

When I saw this on special for only $19.99, it seemed worth a shot to replace and oooollddd rarely used coffeemaker here. A terrific decision. The unit is easy to operate, brews fine, and the innards are easy to clean. Very pleased so far with the few times I have used it. I would not have paid the MSRP $59.99 for it, but definitely grab one when on special if you need to get something newer.

Awsome coffe maker. Real modern and super easy to use

This is my second Bella Pro-series coffee maker. My first was great, but my son broke the carafe. I was looking for a replacement carafe and found this on a black Friday sale for almost the same price. It brews great coffee. The new design on the reusable filter is nice. The buttons and settings are super easy to use. I am very happy with this purchase.

Just what I wanted: simple & gets the job done. I do not use the programmable functions, so can't comment on that but appreciate the streamlined design and much smaller footprint than my last coffee maker. The squared off handle may not be quite as comfortable to hold as the rounded ones but is fine to be in-keeping with the overall look. Have owned for a month, use daily- am happy with it so far and for a reasonable price. I like the feature that when it turns off automatically after 2 hrs, if I turn back on to keep it hot a little longer, it has a counter to remind me how old the coffee is / how long it's been warming.

Our last Bella coffee maker lasted seemingly forever. This one has been great so far and improved in every way from the old one. Good design and easy to use. Seems sturdy enough. A slightly longer cord would have been nice but that's about it. Probably the best bang for the buck you can get if all you need is simple coffee.
