Only complaint is the clock is a bit fast so i have to reset that every week or so but it's used almost everyday and has held up well so far!

This pot lives at work and provides myself and my team with the brown elixir! It brews fast and brews right. I have not had any issues a d hope it continues to serve for years to come.

Bella Pro = Best coffee maker

I am 80 yrs old and have been drinking black coffee since I was 18. Programmable or "brew now" - strong if I want it that way (yes!). The carafe does not drip when I pour coffee into my cup.
