Leaks water everywhere
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Useless product. Its one job is to make coffee but it unfortunately can't even hold water properly. First time I tried to use it, water just leaked out of the bottom of the unit. Tried again just in case it was operator error somehow (spoiler: it was not) and ended up with a flooded kitchen counter for the 2nd time. Returned immediately. I won't trust a Bella product again.

Broke within less than a month & twice a week use

Best Buy only allows returns within 15 days. They need to extend their return period! I chose this coffee maker after previously owning a similar Bella coffee maker and it lasted forever. The quality has diminished significantly. The part that broke is the same part that broke on my last Ninja coffee maker, that only lasted 11 months. Manufacturers are cutting costs and we are paying the price. Nothing is built to last anymore.

It didn't last me 2 weeks before it quit working. I was so disappointed that I had to run out on a Saturday morning to buy a new one instead of relaxing and enjoying my morning coffee. I didn't even take the time to try and return it; I just threw it away and took the loss.
