I have had this coffee maker less than 6 months anow the display flashes radom displays. I have to unplug it as soo as I finish my coffee because it won't shut off on its own and it no loner responds to any of the mechanical buttons.

hot plate all rusty after only a few times used, my previous coffee maker took 2 years to get to that condition, so it means this coffee maker is poor quality, or I just got a bad one.

Very disappointed that the coffee pot was shipped without any packaging. So the handle was cracked. It arrived in the original box, lol. Thanks

Received with broken handle on carafe and had to send back. Seemed like a nice coffee maker but didn't get a chance to use it.

Nice little pot, do not like the small space for the refill. Definitely no worth the full msrp but its always on sale. fills too fast so sometimes you end up with grounds in the pot

It's an OK coffee maker. Would like it better if it would beep when coffee is done brewing.

Tried it once and it did not work. The water pooled in the coffee filter cup. Very cheap build- not a deal like BB makes it seem. Returned immediately.

It did not work. It looks very nice but it did not turned on. Unfortunately I had already thrown away the box and I was not able to return it.

Heats water but the hour and minute buttons don't work. Rust build up at bottom heater has already started to develop.

This coffee maker is average. I ordered it because I read a review that said it was smaller than the usual size 12 cup. I didn't think so, which was a disappointment .

A Bella Pro Coffee Maker and its replacement did not work straight out of the box. The Stillwater, OK store personnel were quick and courteous while resolving the problem.

Fine expresso plugged filter, hot water overflowed back to water reservoir which melted and warped coffee maker beyond useable after 3rd pot. Serious fire and burn hazard. Only "stainless steel" is the plastic finish. Surprised this can be sold in the USA.

After a couple of days of use, it started to leak in the below area. They sent a replacement, but never arrived.

It does what its supposed to do. Never seen built in filter before, that's pretty cool. Great price as well. I think most my small appliances are Bella, haven't let me down yet

Our filter basket broke--the stopper and spring came off--in less than a month. Best Buy would not accept a return, and the manufacturer is unable to provide a replacement of the basket and unwilling to send a new coffee maker. They are only willing to send us a refund, which does us no good since, even on sale, the price is double what we paid for it at Christmas time. A cheap product, with no support behind it.

I've tried to use this 3 times since purchase with. The filter is horrible on it. There's no way it needs to be descaled after such minimal use. I miss my old Bella coffee maker that would work.

Grounds everywhere. Does not filter properly and overflows the filter, causing grounds to fall into the water reservoir. Cannot reprogram the machine to brew later, it is stuck on one time. I think it worked properly the first few times I used it. So disappointing!!

This is a CHEAP coffee maker. Defective upon arrival as well. Programmability inoperative. Machine isn't worth $19.99 yet alone $59.99. bella Pro is a cheap in quality option.

It feels old and outdated, i rarely use it. Cleaning it is a hassle. I regret buying it.

I really liked this coffee maker, except it was confusing at first because it doesn't have a Power button. It has all the features I wanted: permanent filter basket, brew later, and strong brew options especially. After brewing about 4 pots/week for 4 1/2 weeks the water pump just makes gurgling noises and overheats. Best Buy's 14 day return policy is pathetic. Yes, the coffee maker is under warranty but after out-of-pocket costs for to and from shipping and insurance, and the probability of getting a refabbed replacement, it costs about the same as just buying a new one.
