I really liked this coffee maker, except it was confusing at first because it doesn't have a Power button. It has all the features I wanted: permanent filter basket, brew later, and strong brew options especially. After brewing about 4 pots/week for 4 1/2 weeks the water pump just makes gurgling noises and overheats. Best Buy's 14 day return policy is pathetic. Yes, the coffee maker is under warranty but after out-of-pocket costs for to and from shipping and insurance, and the probability of getting a refabbed replacement, it costs about the same as just buying a new one.

Do not like. It does not keep the coffee warm and takes forever to brew. I should of known better because of the cheap price.

Very poor instructions Apparently you must wait for the coffee cyvle to time out to shut the uinit down. Not easy to set the time or timers. I am considering returning the unit Brewed coffee was excellent

I was hosting a dinner party and needed to upgrade my coffee maker, so I purchased this as a part of the tech sale. However, the day before my party, I opened the box to find the carafe cracked and broken glass inside. Unfortunately, it had to go back and the sales associate processed my return, no problem. Such a bummer.

Piece of junk. Coffee grinds spill over into pot. BB return policy stinks too. Waste of money. Shop elsewhere.

It spills when you pour it and the water is so close to the grounds.

This coffee pot is a piece of crap. First, when the "full" pot is picked up from the brewer, the handle separates and hot liquid goes all over the person holding it. Then, when you look at the counter it is on, half the hot liquid is all over the counter. FULL REFUND PLEASE!

Got it home opened up was broken. Felt cheap very light. Would take two hands to pour cup of coffee, one to hold maker and one to grab pot.

I dont really like the bella coffee maker. As compared to Mr. Coffee - coffee maker. The Bella coffee maker does not have enough room at the top to pour the water in it as Mr. Coffee coffee maker does. The "strong brew" does not work in the Bella coffee maker either.

Smaller than I thought and for that reason I would have rather bought a larger one

The coffee maker is not sturdy and the basket does fit well. Therefore the lid doesn’t close at times

After 2 weeks, the glass coffee pot had a chip that broke off, and I've not been able to get this replaced. I've not received any messages from the manufacturer and every time I try to contact best, buy nobody picks up, I only had this 42 weeks and it states that it is not returnable

Grounds very heavy in cup Had to rerun it then told they did not have any drip coffee makers suggested I go to Target

The timer stopped working after three days and the clock started to lose time too, which I believe is why the timer was faulty.

Hi the worst coffee maker I have ever had no matter how many paper filters I add to it. It comes out with sediment. I used to have the big C and I never had this problem. It lasted 25 years and was stellar. This is a piece of you know what stay away no matter how cheap I paid more money for this and Best Buy will not adjust my price so I will not ever buy anything from Bella.

Glass was broken when received. I ordered online and had Best Buy ship it to my elderly mother who knows nothing about returning anything so we were just out of luck with this one.

It did what you said but more than I expected. It is dangerous and would terrible around small kids or pets. It spews our scalding hot waster during the cleaning process and burned my hands. It was all over the counter top and dripping onto the floor. This is NOT good!!

I dislike this item because i cant turn off when i m done
