Love the look of it, but there is no on/off switch. How do you make an electric item with no switch to turn it off?!? I get that it has automatic shut off, but when you drink all the coffee before that time, how do you turn it off?!?! And it blinks and clicks with a countdown timer that about drives me nuts. I would definitely not buy this again. Someone in their design department needs a different job. I don’t think they drink coffee.

The Bella pro series coffee maker is a nice coffee pot. I use the brew later button all the time. It’s nice to wake up to a fresh brewed pot of coffee. I would recommend to buy this coffee pot.

I really like this coffee maker. However, the cord is a little too short and it drips a couple of times when you use the "sneak a cup" feature.

Weve had our Bella Pro coffee maker for 5 years now, getting a new one only because we have a smaller place for it. Great quality product that has never let us down.

Carafe and water well leaked on first use. No coffee that morning—which left me in no mood to give Bella a second chance

It worked for 27 days. On the 28th day, I woke up to an empty coffee pot. I tried to start the coffee maker manually, but nothing. The heating element was dead, rendering it useless. I took the coffee maker back to Best Buy, but they told me that all returns must be made within two weeks. (If I had kept the box, they would have given me a store credit.) I would not reccommend this coffee pot, and I would never recommend Best Buy. If I had purchased the defective coffee maker from a big box store, my money would have been refunded without question. For a cheap coffee pot, it ended up costing me a lot.

I have tried two different models of Bella Pro 12 cup coffee makers (I was 3 days past my Best Buy return window which is apparently 10 days from delivery? on the first one...) and both have the grounds overflow. It is a mess to clean up and grounds in my coffee is a definite no go for me.

This is very cheap item my second one both a piece of trash
