I think it was defective from the factory. When looking for a toaster this one was the highest rated. THANK YOU BEST BUY for taking the toaster back and refunding our money.

Looks aren't everything

I've used it 4 times and all 4 times it smells like something is burning, also the cord is super short. I have to pick it up and move it closer to the outlet everytime I want to use it.
