We bought 4 toasters before we settled on this one because it met our basic requirement that a toaster should toast both sides of a piece of bread evenly. This toaster is also sleek and easy to keep clean. The only thing it lacks is a control to only engage one slot, but that's a small issue which is far outweighed by its superior toasting.

I read multiple reviews and from what I can tell the people that had a bad experience had more to do with the product "batch" then the overall product. Dealing with mass manufactured items that is usually going to be a solid truth. In the meantime; we did not have any bad experiences and with having owned the product for about a year now this was a great gift last year that has been very good to us!

Toaster is basic but it futs my needs. Seems to be toasting jusy fine and evenly. Appearance is nice as well. No issues so far. Got it on sale at a good price.

[Employee of bestbuy] This machine is pure magic. I put bread in and somehow, some way (I suspect sorcery), toast comes out. Google says, "When bread is placed in a toaster or oven and exposed to heat, several physical and chemical reactions take place. The heat causes the moisture in the bread to evaporate, resulting in a dry and crispy texture. Additionally, the heat causes sugars in the bread to caramelize, giving it a golden brown color and a distinct flavor", however, I think this is pure wizardry.

I needed to replace my all black toaster which had very small slots that would cause bread to get stuck all of the time. This toaster has very wide slots so the bread never gets stuck and it's also easier to clean and has better features than my last toaster. I highly recommend especially if you already have stainless steel appliances to match.

This is the best toaster I have ever had. It has nice wide slots for bagels and the slots lift up high so you are NOT burning your fingers trying to get the bread out of the toaster. It also has a quality feel to it.

Five stars because it was on special plus coupon so I got it for $15 plus tax. I just wanted a simple toaster around $15-$20. And this one is more than a simple toaster. It’s a great toaster. One thing, the color is a little bit too dark and didn’t match with everything stainless steel.

Looks nice and works well. The price was right during Best Buy’s attempt to compete with Prime Day.

Easy to find the right setting for every kind of bread and finally my bagels toast perfectly! There is a gluten free mode but I have not used it. My daughter tried it and said her gluten free toast came out perfect. Love the stainless steel. It looks sleek.
