I just got this toaster and was disappointed to learn that "stainless steel" is a COLOR, not the material of construction. It's clearly mild steel with a nickel/chrome finish, not the fine brushed stainless steel appearance from the photo.

I got the copper color because I have a hammered copper sink and my appliances are all copper, so this was perfect. I am celiac, so a gluten free button was something that I wanted. The buttons all function great, the dial to heat your bread item is perfect too. If you like a nice light golden like I do, 2-3 is perfect, and if you like it darker than that, you can have it DARK but still edible at 6. Works great, would recommend!

Love this toaster, really liking Bella products. The buttons are perfect. Does not look cheap and does not toast cheap either. First tried put on 3, too toasty then tried 2 not toasty enough so 2-1/2 is the magic number for just right toasty. I bought this toaster on sale for $19.00 and I would definitely buy it again. It has a nice elegant look, it’s durable not too big more slender then bulky. Would make a nice gift also.

Got this as a deal of the day. I normally use my toaster oven, but decided I wanted something a little less bulky and time intensive when I just wanted to toast a bagel and head out for the day. Pretty straight forward, it does everything it is supposed to do. Has plenty of width for toasting and does it consistently. I've got a few Bella brand products and so far they've all worked really well for me.

This toaster is great! It toasts evenly on each. My old toaster required me to flip my toast toast over and upside down to get a nicely toasted piece of bread!

I bought this for my 91 year old mother that didnt have a toaster and a 4 slice was too wide.. It has been perfect for her and works well every time.. so far, so good. Time will tell..

It took some time to figure out the right settings for bagels and regular bread.

So I tried 2 of these toasters and they looked nice plus it was on sale. But I ended up returning both because the first one had an ugly smudge in the metal from the factory that even had a little rust spot and the second one arrived with the heat setting slider broke off. I did try some bread in it and it can cook fast and burn toast just passed level 3.
