At the price of this product and the one that I have not working properly, this was the best choice a definitely a steal.

I like the various settings, especially the warm-up feature in case the toast becomes cold. My only concern is that the toaster either lightly toasts or burns the bread. There is very little room for adjustment above the lowest settings. We never set it above 2...never! All in all,however, the toaster does what we wanted and we are happy with it's appearance and lighted buttons.

A great toaster. Cooks toast perfectly! Haven’t found a perfect toaster until I purchased this one. Excellent value.

I like that it makes crisp toast, but on any setting other than very light, the toast burns. The toaster feels somewhat insubstantial. After a month and a half, the bagel setting stopped working. At first, I thought it was nice that the toaster warmed the back of the bagel while the inside surface toasted. Turns out it doesn't do anything differently from normal setting, so backs get just as toasted (or burned) as inside surfaces.

I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. TO ANYONE. THERE IS SOFT TOUCH TO THE LEVER AND SLIDER WIDE SLOT AND DESIRED TOAST

We like the product for our small household of 3. We need to upgrade our toaster. This is nice looking and works well for us..

Yes I've had toasters that were slow, didn't work well. The Bella works as advertised and is simple to use.

The overall presentation is awesome. It’s very well made, works very well and ever has a bagel button feature. I am very happy with this purchase.
