3 out of 4 ain't bad.

As luck would have it, only 3 of the four elements are in working order. The good news is that those 3 work very well. Returning items is one of the chores that test my procrastination gene. If all the elements were functional, I would have gone full-on 5-star review.

Not surprised toaster did not work after seeing condition of box. Seems better choices to cut costs could be made. Saving a couple dollars on shipping or the cost of the item?
