First, a few weeks after purchasing, the toasty-ness lever stopped sliding and couldn’t not be fixed. Next, the lever you push to pop the toast down got jammed and had to be jimmied up and down. And finally today, the lever completely gave out and detached, leaving the toaster useless. Keep in mind, this toaster was used maybe once or twice per week, but two adults and no children. There was no reason for it to break as quickly as it did. Such a waste of $50. Do not buy.
