I like that it toast my bread fast and i could adjust the minutes.

Toaster varies the how dark the toast is at almost any setting. Sometimes well done and sometime not hardly toasted at all on the same setting.

Good toasting, like bagel option. Provides even toasting

The manufacturing smell that should have gone away after the first few is still present with my unit months later. I got it in June and it's now October. Although it's a cute toaster, it doesn't do the job. Oh well.

I put bread in it and it turned into toast. I plugged it into 110v

Don’t waste your time buying this. Also, if you are 10 days after purchasing from Best Buy, there is absolutely no warranty. The rude customer service rep, Andrew from Best Buy asked me if I had purchased additional coverage on this toaster. Ridiculous. The toaster never worked properly. I gave it a good try, and after less than 30 days, I decided that I was going to return it because it is now completely nonfunctional. Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time. This is the worst toaster I have ever purchased in my life. Best Buy does not back their products, and now I have to go through the manufacturer to try and receive some type of compensation.

Looks good and works as expected what more could you ask for.

The online ordering took a long time for delivery when promised a few days, and the toaster didn't work. Took it back to Best Buy and ordered another. It arrived in several days. The toasting is not cosistent o both sides for the toast , one side much darker the the other side. Dissappointing.

Worth the wait best toaster ever definitely recommend it

Toasts quickly, the begal setting only toasted the inside, on my last toaster. This one toast both sides. Bottom of the bread gets toasted more than the rest. Fair for $20, i guess.

The settings are difficult to read, and there is no defrost function. Also does not toast evenly. One side toasted to the setting; the other side toasted lighter than the setting.

This item was purchased and worked for about a month until it started to not toast properly. It appears that the heating element would not function properly at 100%. Thus leaving the food unevenly toasted.

Burns your Bagels regardless of the settings. I don't recommend.

This toaster burned or over-cooked every slice of bread type placed in it...even at lowest power level. What is especially disappointing is it is a Bella PRO product, a brand I totally trusted. You'll find the name on many of my kitchenware items. Maybe this toaster is Bella Pro's Edsel. If you are of a certain age group, you will know what I mean.

I bought this specifically to toast bagels on the bagel setting. Out of the box, many of the heating elements do not work, and pressing the bagel button does absolutely nothing. I never know how dark it will make my bread each day, and the dial hasn't changed.

Works fairly well, but it often flings contents out of it. I thought at first it was by design so it was ejected to the top of it for easy use, however this morning it literally ejected my english muffin out of it and onto the counter top.
