You should see how high my pop tarts get. Not sure how these products pass any tests. Looks cute though.

Garbage

First one I bought didn’t work (didn’t toast long enough on the highest setting to brown a simply slice of bread). Exchanged for a second, and the second one burns the toast every time no matter what the dial is set to. Ended up buying another brand which is way better. I want my money back, I feel like I got scammed.

I'm on my 3rd toaster in 2 years and only because I also purchased the protection plan the first time around. Each replacement toaster costs me another $10 for the protection plan. Knowing what I now know, I wouldn't touch this toaster without a protection plan.

Do not buy this toaster!
