    I purchased and returned this item because the rice turned out extremely bad and had an unusual smell to it. Moreover it was uncooked and did often charred on the bottom. I think the water measurements given as per the instructions are not optimised.

    Received the item damaged and dented. Apart from the poor protection or padding the item, we think the material is flimsy and light that being so easily damaged. It was promptly refunded.

    Its not good for people who only need like 4 meal preps because it burns the rice on the bottom. Steamer tray works well.

    This is digital but dint really work like digital. It works like traditional rice cooker. And it don’t know to stop or there is not stop button so it keeps cooking until the water is drained. Which cause the rice to be dry. There is also no power on and off button so I need to unplug every time I am don’t with cooking.
