It clearly lacks power — food doesn’t cook through well, especially if you load a bit more than a small portion. To get anything cooked evenly, you have to put in very small amounts. If you add more, the inside stays undercooked while the top can easily burn. Overall, it’s inconvenient to use and the results are often disappointing.

The air fryer thinks the tray is open, but it is clearly closed. Not sure how that happens when the only function and purpose of the tray is to be open and closed. Depending on what you are cooking, don’t overfill the tray. This is a good product if it works properly for a single person or couple. I usually cook for myself, but I will be getting a bigger size air fryer and different brand. I think having to submit a warranty and ship the air fryer for them to fix is not worth the cost or hassle. Might as well buy a completely new air fryer, what a shame.
