Caution ⛔️ purchases from Best Buy

Best Buy would not let me exchange as it was 17 days after purchase. I will remember this and will NOT make any purchase from Best Buy. I requested to let me exchange a one time courtesy as I don’t drive. Manager said to contact manufacturer.
