My first air fryer

One day, I saw one on a super sale at Best Buy. The price was right, and now I'm a believer. This one gets the job done, but doesn't have any stand out features. As silly as it sounds, I'd look for one that has a dial for time and temperature. It's a little annoying to press the "time down" button so many times when I turn it on. It always starts with a 20 minute timer. Beep beep beep beep, all the way down to 7 minutes to cook an egg roll. It gets old. Cook times are significantly lower than the cooking instructions. Even when they have air fryer instructions. There is a learning curve for time and temps. You could spend more for one that comes with dials, but are those features worth tripple the price? Maybe for the next one.
