Nice ai RV fryer but the basket is not as big as I thought it would be

Item was well made, but no instructions were included. Cooking charts online were all over the place. I returned this item as i felt it was not going to be a good value for me.

I received the air fryer and loved its size. However, the electronic time and temperature controls do not work. I called Bella, and they advised that I return the item, which I will do this weekend.

Completely disappointed. Attempted to use for the first time and when turned on the power button only flashes and when you press it, it doesn’t actually power on.

Used multiple times and French fries are done in 18 minutes

Item was never delivered, contacted best buy & was told by computer that was returned to store. Was never contacted concerning this so have gone to store.

This product lasted all of three weeks. Bought it here on Sept. 25 and went to plug it in to use it on Oct. 17 and nada. Touch screen didn't work, nothing worked. No response. I used it maybe 5 or 6 times in those three weeks. BB only offered a two-week return window so hoping for luck with the warranty. So disappointing!

Cooks unevenly. Poor distribution of air. Some food would be burnt on one end and cold on the other of all of the air fryers I have used, this is the worst one. don’t buy.

It could be a me problem but when i cook i have to cook it double or tiple the time required and even then i feel i am gambling getting food poisoning. I am stuck with it now.

Arrived with a broken wall on the side, seller should package the box better with more protective layers. Basket size is not as large as expected compared to the size of the fryer.

I've been able to try out a few other brands' air fryers over recent years. For the most part they performed adequately, but I'd come to the conclusion that air fryers, in general, didn't impress me much; they just weren't 'for me.' However, I was willing to give it another try once I saw this new Bella Pro 4qt Slim Air Fryer. For starters, the oatmilk color is different, yet very pleasant. I like that it's not the same black/stainless steel color scheme as most of the air fryers available in stores. This air fryer is also slim in size so it doesn't take up much room on the counter or stored in a cupboard. I really appreciated the size of the basket. It's elongated rather than more square in shape. Also, the crisping tray fits within the basket perfectly. And the interior surfaces of the basket and tray both having the "EverGood ceramic nonstick coating," is a definite plus. Love that! The controls are simple enough to understand. Clean-up is super easy, too, which is nice. And as always, it pays to read over the safety instructions for home appliances such as this, before first use. I've been eating a lot of those dino nuggets (you know the ones), as of late. And I'm not making them for the grandkids, either. I did notice a difference comparing them to how they came out when prepared in this air fryer, versus how they came out when baked in my stove's oven. Unlike the "overly done" bottoms my dino nuggets had from the oven, made in the air fryer they were just the right amount of 'crispy' on the outside, yet warm and moist on the inside. Very good. I also air fried a portion of frozen french fries. They came out nice and crispy on the outside, yet moist and precisely cooked on the inside. Sometimes when I prepare fries in the oven, they come out being overly dark on the bottom, even when I use aluminum foil or parchment paper on the baking sheet. Unfortunately, to me, I did think that the overall build quality of this Bella air fryer wasn't as good as it could have been. Yes, the air fryer is more on the 'lower end' price-wise, but I expected a bit more from this brand. However, the air fryer does perform wonderfully, and that's the main thing.

A nice fryer, unfortunately the fan failed after 10 days. Otherwise very functional and a nice size.

So far it works to warm things up but has failed every air fryer recipe to make things crispy. Didn’t even crisp leftover pizza. Control wise it is annoying to use - unless you want 400 degrees for 18 minutes.

Product works well, had to return twice due to handling issues causing damage to product.

Best buy put a bunch of labels on it, and laziness of shipping without a box, using it for gift exchange. Thanks bestbuy

I used 2 times , for 3rd time it started firing inside . I went to return. They rejected. Never buy this product from best buy . Cheap products no returns.

Does not work. It gives an E2 error message and stops working every time I try to use it. I have only had it for 2 months.
