It has a powerful 1800-Watt heating system for fast, even cooking. One of the coolest features is that you can cook 2 meals or 1 large meal of over 3 lbs of food, serving up to 4 people. The Adjustable Temperature Range Goes From 90° F to 450° with easy-to-use simple touchscreen controls. What if you have different foods for different temperatures and times? There is a great Sync Button feature that allows different foods to finish simultaneously so there is no waiting and cooking timing is taken care of for you. The spacious basket has a cool-touch handle to protect from possible burns, etc. The Bella Pro is very versatile with 6-in-1 cooking functions - air fry, roast, broil, bake, reheat, and dehydrate - which pretty much runs the gamut for what you’d want an air fryer to do. The EverGood Ceramic Nonstick Coating allows for ease of cleanup and provides a slick cooking surface. While the Bella Pro has all these fantastic features as mentioned, the proof is in the cooking, and the Bella Pro does not disappoint. I have put the Bella Pro through its paces with everything from French fries in about 18 minutes to a meatloaf in about 30, not to mention fantastic pork chops in less than 15 minutes. The key to any fryer is making sure you fry in a smaller batch, which will result in shorter cooking times and higher food quality. I am really looking forward to the dehydrate feature. I tried it once with apples, and they came out great (after about 8 hrs overnight) but I am looking forward to experimenting with dehydrating other foods. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Bella Pro 4-quart air fryer for anyone who is looking for an air fryer (and then some) in their home cooking arsenal.
