Reason not 5 is that there was no operating manual included with machine. Box was not in great shape. But the machine was not damaged

Durable and professional

Great waffle maker with a few caveats!

Gets up to heat quickly and makes for a very nice crispy waffle. Could be easier to clean or come with a specific way to remove the waffle griddles when there is slight grime leftover inside little crevices. Tray is a nice add for catching overflow and the timing light is great.

I have used a few times and no problems. Waffles don’t stick and come out thick and crisp. Kids love them. I make a large batch on the weekend, freeze, and I have a quick snack or breakfast during the week.

They were amazed that they looked like the waffles in the box that my daughter purchases from the grocery store. Well, I no longer have the waffles maker. I daughter uses it. Waiting for another deal of the day to purchase another one

The only downside is, the lights can be difficult to see if you are in a bright room. This means you have to check the waffles rather than select the setting and go.

Bakes fast

Having the flip over features allows for it to not spill over everywhere and makes waffles very evenly. The overall temperature is even and easy to control as well. I really like this product compared to the 3 others i have at home.
