Great Waffles, Awful Durability

BUT within 1 month part of the handle assembly broke. I still liked how well it made waffles so I dealt with my handle repair. But then 7 months later the waffle iron stopped working altogether. Power is no longer working. Luckily Bella warranty and support is good and I was refunded my money.

Item is described as new, but Best Buy sent me a used item. The only thing in the box was the waffle maker. It was missing the drip tray and even the insert that usually comes with it. I couldn’t even set up the manufacturers warranty as the papers were all missing. Highly disappointing of Best Buy
