Make these things with removable porcelain cast iron plates and I’ll be completely sold.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It stick and no matter how much cooking spray you use, it won’t help. I trashed it after they refused to take it back. Save your money.

As soon as I removed from the box it was clear that the product did not pass quality control. The rotating system was damaged but still they insisted to put for sale. I did not even try to use it and immeditely returned the item and requested a new one. The replacement came and seemed ok but after a single use a plastic piece broke after rotating a few times back and forth and now every time you flip it the maker is almost falling apart. First time I bought anything from this brand and most likely the last! No surprise it was on sale so often. Just don't waste your money on this!

Waffles do not form properly most of the time and typically have crispy edges with softer middles when using instructed temperatures. CAUTION: Remains hot for an extended time after. Even when it was closed the outside still left a second degree burn on my arm. Probably not worth the hassle.

It makes waffles. Yup it does. Works just fine. Clean up is difficult

Not so bad for a waffle maker. Bought it on deal of the day so the price was great. It came with a stainless tray so its even better. Cleaning it is not so bad either just get yourself a brush to clean off the crumbs.

I purchased this on sale for 20.00. And when I received it. I just opened it up and put it on the counter. And then just this past Sunday I went to use it for the first time. It wouldn’t turn on. I tried different outlets. Still nothing. So make sure when you get this item that you plug it in right away to make sure it works. I did call Best Buy and they are shipping me another one. And that’s fine. But when they ask me to drop the broken one off at a local ups store or a local Best Buy that is ridiculous. I purchased this item online for delivery to my house. I should not have to take this anywhere. They need to send ups to my house to pick it up!

Got this for a gift for my in-laws. Very disappointed that there weere no instructions or nothing included for them even though the box indicates it is included.

It works fine as long as you're making a full batch of waffles at once, if you have any left-over batter and just want to make one or two waffles you can't rely on the timer. Also, it's impossible to clean, the heating element is physically attached to the plates which require removing screws just to access.

No timer. Ready light is on the bottom (when the waffle maker is upside down, ie when the waffles are ready). And the plates can't be removed to clean.

Does not have a positive lock when closed and rotated so if you turn it too soon you can get leaking from the edges. I assume that’s why a 10¢ drip tray was added instead of taking the time to engineer a better fit

great product but saw other spot with cheaper price.

I purchased this on sale and after about a week, I opened it up and it was broken. I could see the wires under this plate like thing. I put it right away and has been boxed up ever since. I thought it was odd with the packaging tape and the cord was not rolled like a new product. So I am upset that they would resell something that must have been sent back. I have not returned because of the quarantine. Not a happy camper. I can't really give a fair review because I haven't used this product. UGH

Don't buy from this company. They say it has a warranty but they do not honor their warranty. I submitted a warranty claim and they have not responded to me and it's been over two months. I emailed them again today and their mailbox is full. Very unprofessional company that does not respond to customers. I ended up buying another waffle maker because they would not honor their warranty. Luckily I got it on a deal of the day promo but buyer beware.

Still experimenting with the right amount of time to cook to perfection.

HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF THIS BRAND, BUT THIS ITEM HAD A DEFECT, PROBABLY A ISOLATED PROBLEM FOR THIS PARTICULAR UNIT. CRUST WAS FULLY COOKED, BUT CENTER OF WAFFLE WAS UNDERCOOKED. PLAN TO RETURN AND REPLACE.

This product makes the best waffles. They get lightly browned & are crispy when I use the preset method. I used to make pancakes; the waffles are much better!

I really love it good buy. I also bought one for my friend and shes also really satisfied with the product. Would definitely recommend to family members.
