A great waffle maker

I was very exited to get the waffle maker, however

However, when I open it, it was broken, the plastic piece that hold the the tray when you rotate it was crack, and a piece fell off. I returned and they order a new, I pick it up from the store this time, and when I opened, surprise!! it was broken again. I took it back and I got my money back.

Not a good buy

This past weekend I was cooking breakfast and it stopped working after one waffle. Yes it broke after the 5th time it was used.

Very cheap material

I got it for $20 from an early black Friday deal and I dont think it's worth even that if that was regular price. The material feels very cheap. I could have gotten it replaced but I'd rather get my $20 back and spend more to buy a better quality waffle maker.

Waste of money

The plastic turn knob was cracked, i didnt notice until i went to turn it and broke into 2 pieces. Waste of money. It was cheap enough to not waste my time bundling it baxk up packing it up and to drive all the way back to BB for a refund.

Just stopped working

( i.e. not used much at all ) and it has just stopped working. We have 2 others from other manufacturers which are 5+ years and working fine...

Nonstick coating flaking off

Product maybe good but return policy...NOT

The manager was not very accommodating with the return as I used some rewards to purchase the waffle maker and lost them as he did not want to give it back to me to return at a later date. Very Poor service and return policy.
