Came brocken and have not received replacement

Would not recommend

The Bella Pro can make four waffles, enough for up to four people to begin eating while a second batch is cooking. With our old, smaller, round waffle maker, it was one waffle serving cooking at a time. This is faster and no one needs to wait while others eat. The iron cooks evenly. It has a darkness adjustment dial to cook lighter, softer waffles or darker, crispier waffles. It also has a stainless steel exterior making overflow batter easy to wipe away. The maker seems sturdy and well designed. We love waffles and have been eating them more frequently since purchasing this. One minor negative ... the cord is very short. That isn't a problem for us as we bake on an island counter-top & it reaches a power plug.

Very good waffle maker

I keep it set midway and make sure it is lightly oil BEFORE I pour in the batter. If you want your waffles to be crispier, then let it stay on longer. I've never experienced any sticking. Waffles lift easily from the tray.

Handle broke

However, it is mot so compact and require storage space. The coating is not stick free - this also depends on the mixture. My biggest concern is that the handle broke after probably 20th use and now it will not stay closed whick makes the waffle maker useless.

Good product at a good price

I purchased five of them and used them to make Belgian waffles at a wedding. They do heat up and cook fast and do a great job! I wouldn’t use these professionally again but for the home they are perfect.
