Very stylish toaster has multiple settings for use with gluten items and bagel setting. The black and stainless matches great with my appliances.

Very cheap feel. Sides get extremely hot. Returned not worth burning my house down for toast

I would give this a 0. I was thinking I would replace our 15 year old Hamilton Beach toaster but boy did I pick one. Was looking forward to this new toaster. I unwrapped it, made sure no plastic or cardboard remained. I plugged it in and turned it on to test it. It IMMEDIATELY started to smoke and I had to quickly unplugged it. I would recommend for Best Buy to not sell this on their website as my house could've caught fire! So, no I definitely would not recommend it. When I returned it to the store I told the customer representative too that Best Buy needs to pull this from the shelves.

Bought this toaster to replace one that caught fire. Looks great and toasts evenly. Still not sure what the gluten-free button really does but works well.

Honestly; I haven't utilized this product yet but geez it's gorgeous and matches my other black stainless appliances!!

Great full batch toasting, color range toasting, one slice toasting. Easy to use and cleaning is simple.

This toaster works exactly as advertised. You have to turn it up a bit higher than you think, but the toast is good.

This toaster is great! It toasts bread and bagels perfectly. You do have to test the settings a little to get the best toasting.
