It toasts bagels and muffins very well as bread. Only con is that it feels light and cheap. Looks nice on the counter though. Be sure to burn off any residue from the factory the first time you use it. I did a few cycles on high in my garage as it stinks. We mostly toast at 2 or less and so far so good about a month in use. I feel it was a decent deal for the price.

Aesthetically, it matched out black steel Samsung appliances almost perfectly. However it's finish is delicate and one of the slots just doesn't want to latch as easy as the other...which is frustrating. Standing back and looking at it on the counter, I'm happy that it's not a boring looking toaster. When I use it, I want to like it as much as I do from afar. But, I do not. I'd buy it again and just hope we'd get a unit with better QC.
