Those that noted a burning smell, make sure to check the inside by the heat elements. I found pieces of blue plastic that was used to protect the top surface. Will heat unevenly based on thermostat setting.

Great toaster - looks and functionality!

So far it has worked great, the only thing we have noticed is that we have to keep it at a lower setting between 1 and 2 for the perfect toast!

I can assure you I would not have paid full price for this item. I don’t think it would have been worth $69.99 but for $39.99 it’s good.

But I was wrong. this toaster is used 7-10 times a day & its holding up. The office love it.

Its very sturdy product, I had a fuse blow in my kitchen that took out the fridge but the toaster was fine and still works great.
