I am impressed by how nicely this toaster toast. It's also very pretty and compliments my black stainless steel kitchen. The settings are easy to use and the times cycles give accurate levels of toasting. I am pleased.

Bought this toaster couple of years ago and I have to say that we are extremely pleased with the quality & reliability of this toaster. It does have an option to toast a bagel which is quite useful as well.

We needed a new 4 slice toaster, but needed one for gluten free breads. This one is excellent for both gluten free breads and bagels. It toasts at a slower rate on the gluten setting to lessen the chance of burning.

The left side has already stopped working and I've only had it a year.

...to a char if your not careful...haven't found a thing that won't burn at setting 2...works great but not a great amount of adjust ability as anything above 1.5 burns to a crisp. it also emits a weird chemical smell for the first 20 or so uses. that said it is attractive. it toasts things which ultimately is it's intended function. can't comment on long term reliability as i have only had it for 4 weeks

The Bella - pro 4 series toaster work great and evenly toast your bread bagel or any product that can made with it in a nice timely manner, I do recommend it to anyone that looking.

If I wouldn't had already thrown out the box with my old toaster I would have returned it. On the right side the toast browns on one side of each piece of toast and the other side doesn't brown at all. Extremely disappointed! I used my rewards towards it, so I only paid $16 more.

Perhaps I just got a dud, but I'm now outside of my return window, and this toaster is pretty shoddy. The two right slots don't eject their contents; the light just goes off so you have to keep looking to see if it's done. Meanwhile, the two left slots don't adhere to the toasting meter; sometimes it's under-toasted, rarely perfect and often burnt. I'll deal with it until I can find another deal, but I won't get this brand again.

I was at the point i didn't think there was a toaster worth buying anymore, until i found this one. finally a toaster worth buying. BUY a bella and your troubles are over.

We really like this toaster. Haven’t used the gluten free though. I just wish we are able to toast a single slice. Overall still give it 5 stars

If you want to toast your thick breads and bagels, well then this is the toaster for you, it will also work if you like to dabble in the skinny slices, not my thing of course, but to each their own

I’m totally surprised with this toaster. After reading some of the reviews I thought maybe it wasn’t that good, but it’s been a great and the family loves it Thank you

I was extremely excited to have a 4 slot toaster, that seemed to be of such high quality. I ran the toaster a few times to burn off the chemicals like they said. Then I tested different types of bread. The cheap white bread, which would burn on the top right and be near raw on the bottom left. The nice multi-grain bread that would just be raw all over, but if you tried another piece and increase the darkness level, it would simply burn with it being properly toasted in one corner on one side. Avoid this thing, it is utter garbage.

Cheaply made. Uneven toasting. My unit has problems with the pop up mechanism on one side.

Great value and a real bonus for "at-home" breakfast dining! We can count on our toast, bagel and/or other pastry item being done just the way we want it to be!

It didn't toast/brown evenly. One side was always a lot lighter than the other. Too bulky. It was unsatisfactory. I returned it.

Nothing spectacular as of yet. I do like how it adjust the with for bagels n toast. Still learning it so it may get a 4 or 5 star rating

It’s great and would have given 5 stars but the cord is super short and begins at the front end of the toaster. Also bought it as deal of the day so it was 50% off.

Set on 1 or 1 1/2 toast burns on the top of each piece in any slot. We tried many things even English Muffins very bad, Good thing we had extra bread in the house, more then we had to through away. Wasteful food and $$$$.
