We have no problems with this toaster so far, all works well

worked for about a week. At first the bread was darker on one side. Then about five days later the toaster started to smoke. Returned it.

matched my samsung black stainless steel appiances.

Browns the toast just the way I like it every time.

Ordered and shipped way quicker than I expected it to be. That's about the only good thing I can say. The left side doesn't stay down and I had to unplug the whole thing because it was constantly emitting heat out of the left side even after I stopped trying to use it. The right side worked as expected. Going to have to do curbside return this weekend. Very disappointed.

The toaster burns on one side and bearly no toasting on the other side. And it does the same on each slots.

Nice looking works great. Satisfied with the purchase.

The toaster is not heavy duty, but it gets the job done.

You have to keep flipping the bread and if not it will toast darker on one side

When looking at it online, obviously it looks durable, good quality and it looks like its going to last a lifetime.... don't waste your money like I did... inner mechanics won't release and push up. One side works okay but the other you have to pull the lever up to get your food out. When your pushing the lever to set how long you want your bread to cook, feels like its going to break in your hand and won't slide smothly... overall its a terrible product.. oh, almost forgot... it doesn't toast evenly across.

We needed a new toaster and we saw this on a deal of the day for a good price so we ordered it. It does ok but that's about it....the bagel setting doesn't really only toast one side but hey it's toast so all is good.

I may have just gotten a defective toaster , but did have to return it as the whole unit became too hot during use. Did not feel it was safe to have with a toddler in the house often.

Left side doesn’t stay down. I have a family if 5 and it’s like having a two slice toaster. Defeats the purpose.

Burns toast on one side (Both Slots) no matter what setting it is on. Disappointed.

I bought this model because it was listed as having an extra wide slot opening. Even though I slice my bagels evenly down the middle, most of the time, it has to be forced down the slot to toast them.
