Bought it and returned it the following day Build quality not meer my expectations

Wow is the only word to describe this toaster. It's such a sleek and modern addition to my kitchen and daily routine. I have had perfect results every time while using bread, waffles, bagels, tarts and other items. I'm obsessed with how each side has it's own settings. I've done one side with gotten free bread(that button works wonders) and other side waffles and both came out beautiful. Such easy clean up and I loved that when toasting smaller items they don't get stuck. I have already bought one for my mother in law because it's that great!!!

One side stopped working after two weeks of minimal use. Glad bought at Best Buy as know they will take it back.

The toast does not pop up when done sometimes gets stuck. Very cheap.

Not sure what happened with this product. Only one side would pop up bread. And even on lowest setting bread would burn. Returned it immediately.

The toaster is not working properly, it toasts 1/2 of the bread or waffle. some times it works some times it doesn't. I need to return.

Easy peasy. Crumb tray catches everything, and the stainless steel wipes clean in a flash. Seriously, this toaster makes mornings a breeze (and way more stylish). Final verdict: Five giant slices out of five! If you want a toaster that's good-looking, gets the job done, and doesn't break the bank, this is your guy (or gal). Trust me, your mornings will thank you.

Does not toast evenly, burns on one side doesn’t toast other side of slice

I really expect credit. In my opinion it seems it was a returned product.

The setting after 3 is useless, it burns the toast or bread.

Toast will not stay down. Eventually after a short time tossed it out

DO NOT BUY! I have two of these units. First one works great but the second one only works on one side. Contacted the manufacturer and took over a month to respond. After a month of waiting they asked for the required info to see if it was covered by warranty. Have not heard back in over another month. BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND! Zero support and don’t back their products
