Looks nice but the spring is a little weak. 3stars

This is a very nice high quality toaster for any types of breads, bagels, pop tars breakfast treats, waffles and anything else you want to throw in there. This is a nice big toaster with plenty of room for 4 items at once and the slots to put the items are in very big so you can fit almost anything in there. Had 5 different heat settings or you can just push the bagel setting and you are good to go. Also has a Gluten Free setting for those that eat gluten free and a cancel button will stop all toasting and pop out the bread immediately. Has a convenient removable crumb try on the bottom for easy cleaning. It leaves. Although it has 5 different heat settings setting 2 or 3 are probably the best ones so that you don't burn anything.

Returned one toaster because one side of 4 slice toaster didn’t work... we then received a toaster, same brand, as an anniversary gift. After two weeks, one side of toaster stopped working. Was purchased At Best Buy, but we do not have receipt for this one. We are now stuck with a toaster that does not work. Very disgusted... toaster should not be sold at Best Buy !!!!

This is a great toaster! The design of it is modern and high-tech. It looks great in the kitchen. I like the 4 slot option and I really like being able to customize the settings. The reheat option is something I have never had before and it's one of those things now that I would not want to live without.

This item is cheaply made. The body feels less than sturdy and does not provide uniform toasting. The “toast level” seector is untrustworthy

I do not recommend this product or the brand Bella, toasts burns on lowest setting, takes a long time to toast and one side of toaster takes much longer than other side. Reached out to Bella Housewares twice to tell them product was defective with no response. Best Buy was amazing and took product back without box or packaging.

This toaster looked good coming out of the box. The black stainless steel is more of a grey, but nice looking But within 3 uses, one side didn't pop up anymore. The lever releases, but it stayed down. We could lift it up to get the bagels or toast out, but it would not do it on its own. Took it back and got my money back since this wasn't a stocked item at my local store.

It is hard to control the level of toasting. It seems to toast differently on the same setting.

This toaster is very appealing no matter where it is placed in a kitchen. It is very easy to use and I love the light-up buttons. It also has a great “gluten-free” option for those with sensitivities. With wide slots, it has no problem fitting in bagels. It even has a “reheat” option! I just have a couple of issues: It is too powerful. I tried every number of doneness, #’s 1-6. #6 is way too powerful; it burnt my toast to a crisp, even made my smoke alarm go off! #3 is still too dark, turned it a nice, dark brown on one side and a little burnt on the other side. #1 is very light. I found that #2 is good for me and the ONLY satisfying option. Also, it toasts unevenly. Nice toast lines on one side and the other side is darker with a lighter, bare spot. Would I recommend this toaster; no. After all, I can only use one setting and the toaster is a little overpriced also.

This toaster was such a disappointment, it came shipped with pieces (temp setting control) already broken off, can’t say if it works or not as I didn’t even take it all the way out of the box, the quality is very bad, the switches are made of cheap plastic and obviously break off easily considering one was already broken before it was even removed from the box. It is not worth a $10 price tag let alone the price is over $100!!!

While the toaster looks nice, the toast it makes is uneven and inconsistent.

Unfortunately, this toaster started burning our toast even at the lowest level. Bella no longer sold this particular toaster which we liked until it started burning the bread, so they gave us a refund. I would have preferred a replacement.

I bought this as the deal of the day i got it and didn't use it for a few weeks when i wen't to use it some of the heating elements don't woke and best buy wouldn't take it back or exchange it .waste of money.

Got this toaster online. One side of the toaster toasted fine, the other not so much. On the lowest setting it would start blackening my bread in less than 5 seconds. Retuned in for another toaster since they did not have another one of these in stock. Might just be a one off..

Within the 1st day, the unit the left side would jammed and would not lift. Returned and replacement unit the left side got stuck again and burned the toast so it almost went to flames. Discolored the top of the unit. Beware...

This toaster was great for the first two weeks, then all of a sudden it would toast heavy on one side and the other would be nearly untouched by the heat. We are dealing with it until we get a new one.

Looks nice but. When I used it the first time it arc on one side. The other side worked but didn’t eject the bread. Also it generates a lot of heat out the top Can have it underneath the cabinets.

There are many things to love about this toaster. It is quite stylish and looks great on the counter. It cleans well and doesn't streak which is usually a huge issue with stainless steel. But, it can look as good as it wants, but if it doesn't work well, what good is it? This toaster not only has the look, it performs flawlessly. Toast and bagels are toasted evenly and to perfection. The setting buttons have stops between levels so that you can consistently toast your bread or bagel the same way every time. The buttons include a gluten free setting which works surprisingly well. I have to admit I am very picky when it comes to toasters. I have bought and returned both low and high end toasters because of the inconsistency of their performance. This one is a keeper!

This is the worst toaster I’ve ever owned. Half the time it sticks and the toast doesn’t pop. It just stays on until you force it up. When it does pop itis only toasted on 1 side.
