This burns my bread, no matter what setting I use, and one of the adjustment knobs fell off after about 6 weeks. I’ve had to replace this with another toaster.

Looks nice and has great features but after just a couple of weeks it barely toast bread beyond warm when doing more than one slide.

Had high hopes but it never really worked as advertised. Maybe I got a bad unit but it would burn anything set over setting 1 and the bagel setting cooked both sides instead of one side.

I throw this in the garbage. It did not cook the toast to perfection. I upgraded to a breville toaster.

Bought this because it was one of the deals of the day. One side of the toaster has already stopped working. It is very dissappointing.

I love it. !! Easy to use. I have a large family so this toaster has 4 slots making it a convenient.

Took it out of the box and plugged it in. The left side sparked and smoked. Took it right back.

The toaster comes complete with a crumb tray, a fairly long electrical cord to plug it in, and multiple shade control settings. The stainless steel exterior blends in with any setting. The high lift feature makes it nice for getting out smaller items without having to burn yourself. Simple to use easy navigation.

The finish on this toaster is gorgeous. The slots are a good size to toast bagels and even muffins and the settings for the different levels of toasting works great. It has a light that lights up when it is in use. It toasts great.

bagel function design worthless - returned it to BB

I really like this toaster. It browns the toast or bagel quickly and efficiently. No problems with things burning or toasting unevenly. The reheat option is amazing! It takes up more counter space than my old toaster but it is totally worth it. There is plenty of space for bagels. I love that it has a gluten free option.

Amazing product. Following instructions of running twice on low helps burn off any residue. Would have changed experience if my bread smelled or tasted like it. Very accurate toasting.

It looks good, I can do bagels and I dont have to keep waiting for a two slotted one for toast…keeps temp well on both sides.

Gift for wife, loves it, toasts evenly, would buy again when needed.

pops toast. with a little light on it. Toast and waffles come out light and fluffy with various setting.

Absolutely no complaints. It is no more and no less than what I require.
