    I have had this crock pot for just a little more than six months. It has 4 little rubber knob feet, and already one of them has fallen out and is missing so now thue crock pot sits at an angle and one corner of it actually touches the counter , and it's very hot and should not make contact with the counter. I have Total through Best Buy and I've been instructed to return the crock pot to the store for an exchange. Since it is now just a few days until Christmas, I will wait until the mad rush has died down and take the crockpot back and get an exchange, although if their merchandise wss better quality , I would not have to do this at all. I should have known at this very low price that there would be a compromise somewhere. So next time , I will make a better choice.
