    It's a fine slow cooker. If any complaint, I would say the extra rubber latches are not necessary and make it awkward and ugly.

    I used to have a slow cooker but decided to try out this one. I was immediately disappointed. The metal on the outside is so thin that it dents in easily. I also did not care for the rubber closures. First they were somewhat awkward and a bit difficult to open. I could only imagine how much more difficult it would be trying to open while hot. Unfortunately this slow cooker was returned.

    I ended up returning the unit. Main issue was when cooking on high the unit shuts off and goes to warm after 4 hours. The rubber around the rim is also pretty pretty flimsy . Other than that it seemed to be pretty good quality just didn't fit my needs.

    I bought this and it didn’t work. It did not heat up. So I returned it. I did not buy a replacement. But Best Buy was good about refunding me. I was within my return time, but they’re good about that. Best Buy will help you. You’re not stuck with it.
