Works good for pot roast chili soups, time saving to do other things while cooking

Excellent product would definitely recommend to friends and family

The product was brought for a family member so there is little I can say about it.

I have had this crock pot for just a little more than six months. It has 4 little rubber knob feet, and already one of them has fallen out and is missing so now thue crock pot sits at an angle and one corner of it actually touches the counter , and it's very hot and should not make contact with the counter. I have Total through Best Buy and I've been instructed to return the crock pot to the store for an exchange. Since it is now just a few days until Christmas, I will wait until the mad rush has died down and take the crockpot back and get an exchange, although if their merchandise wss better quality , I would not have to do this at all. I should have known at this very low price that there would be a compromise somewhere. So next time , I will make a better choice.

I used to have a slow cooker but decided to try out this one. I was immediately disappointed. The metal on the outside is so thin that it dents in easily. I also did not care for the rubber closures. First they were somewhat awkward and a bit difficult to open. I could only imagine how much more difficult it would be trying to open while hot. Unfortunately this slow cooker was returned.

Light weight average quality not all the bells and whistle of higher quality slow cookers available. Great as backup or second slow cooker.

The only reason I gave this 3 stars is due to the fact that I did not use it. I thought I was purchasing a larger quart size and therefore returned this item.

it is really slow cooker it may take up yo 2:30 hour to cook rice also it the heat does not reach the center of the pan so you may find the edge of the ingredients well done cooked and the center is still need more time to be ready i don't recommended for all kind of food

I bought this and it didn’t work. It did not heat up. So I returned it. I did not buy a replacement. But Best Buy was good about refunding me. I was within my return time, but they’re good about that. Best Buy will help you. You’re not stuck with it.

Wiring melted tried to return after days of phone calls they finally said they would issue a credit but never did.

I did not like it. It was for a gift. My mom was going to have a hard time closing the lid.

Poorly made but extremely cheap… this would be an ideal crockpot to make something once, bring to a party and leave it behind

I was sent a used crock pot. The box was taped together and the crock pot had a huge dent in the front of it.

Little spongy feet fell off almost immediately. Hmph! Works well, but this is my second one, as the first one quit working in less than a month. Very cheap and that is how it is constructed, too!

not satisfied with this slow cooker, its take very very long time to cook, and quality also is not that much good, which I was expecting.

Waiting in line for over 20 minutes when while being the only one there Both female Managers talking the only cashier was working with a customer for over 20 minutes no back up for cashier manager needs to create a backup plan when only cashier is busy with one customer

First crock pot I’ve owner and i love it! So easy to use and very simple, good size to make a meal with leftovers. Also, love the cream/oatmilk color in my kitchen.

Great slow cooker, works efficiently ! It did exactly what I needed it to do.

Great slow cooker and save cooking time and should get it sooner.
