Unfortunately after a month and a half of using it, it keeps popping open which keeps it from turning on. And I am past the return period:( just a common thing that happens with the little spring, very sad

Cost effective, the touch buttons do not work well.

We always liked mine. But I bought one for my granddaughter for Christmas and it's already broken and doesn't work! How disappointing! It just stopped working!!!

I’ve been using it 3 weeks now probably only used 5 times and it’s stopped working. It comes on, you can select items (temp, time, cooking method), but when selecting start it never starts cooking process. Returning

Works great with no issues. Had an insignia one before this but returned it because of the constant smell. This one has been amazing right out of the box.

I bought this air fryer in September. I liked the clean look of it, wasn't thrilled with the control panel brightness. I have used it minimally and while using it this last time it literally shut off and no longer works?! To late to return si its going in the trash. Bummer

Stopped working. Barely lasted a year. Still turns on but would not start or heat at all. Very disappointed in the longevity and quality of product.

Used 3 times and now it doesn't power on. I bought this for work and used it 3 times over the course of 2-3 weeks, went to use it today and completely dead, won't turn on, nothing. Don't waste your money!

I was skeptical, I've used basket air fryers before and have been left disappointed. However, I was impressed with what this has to offer. It is a large cooking basket, with a non-stick plate. Both are dishwasher safe. Once getting it out of the box and unpacked (it was well protected in packaging), it was pretty straightforward. I washed the basket and plate. Then, I let it run for awhile at the highest temp and for about 5-6 minutes to work out any oily smells. Then I proceeded to use some French fries I had in the freezer. I used the air fry directions on the bag, and they came out perfect based on this formula (time and temperature). They were crispy on the outside, and cooked on the inside. They were in fact perfect. Clean up is a breeze, put the basket in the top rack of the dishwasher and it comes out clean and ready to use again. I found that the unit has a top coil and fan draw, so if you are cooking meats and keep it low in height, the thing won't get all messed up with grease all over the coil and fan. It has what you would expect for a control panel. It's digital, with all the options and temp/time choices as well. I noticed the panel is up and slanted, which is good. Previous generations had the panel directly above where the heat would come out when you pulled out the basket, and the panel would essentially wear out from being exposed to the excessive heat. This appears to have been re-designed to prevent that from happening. Don't know about you, but I can't get French fries to come out decent when I do them in the big oven. So this is a smart choice, it'll get them cooked properly in and not waste all that darn energy heating an oven and then having to cook them at a higher temperature and longer time, to get even close to the result this air fryer provides. Would definitely recommend this one.

This airfryer is good for people who only air frys one batch at a time. After the first batch, it stops heating/cooking and goes completely silent. Please comsider buying another air fryer.

Non stop blinking power light when plugged in. Interface freezes from time to time, will need to reset.

Love the air fryer but the door no longer stays closed. Sometimes during air frying it pops open.

Got for my daughter new place. Now I’m greatest dad alive. Steaks to toast she loves it.

The product is absolutely amazing. I tried chicken drumsticks and they tasted amazing.

Love digital controls over manual dials, I like the lights or more precision. The item comes well packed and relatively easy to assemble. Clean up is a bit rough but if you use some PAM to coat your cooking area, cleanup is a breeze. Come on I know it is an air fryer but clean up cooking Anyang that will produce juices is going to require some clean up effort…but using some type of Pam like substance and you will be rewarded. The unit is quite large inside but takes up a small amount of counter space. Easy to prepare several meals over 1-2 hours and do clean up in sink or soak and cleanup in dishwasher. You can easily prepare meals for 3-5 people which is nice. The various included recipes are useful but so many online available for air fryers that you really do not need the included ones but nice to have. The unit cook times and cooking ability are pretty rock solid as is the build quality. My seasoned chicken cutlets come out perfectly cooked with full juices. Meats overall are a breeze and many vegetables as well. This is a keeper especially given the cooking interior space but compact space requirement on your counter.

It’s cheaply made and by the time I was about to return it the deadline was up. Apparently you only have 15 days at Best Buy. I had never returned anything there so I was caught by surprise.. oh well. Now I have to figure out how to get that money back.

I love it. I haven't used it yet but looking forward to using it in the future.

After two months of use, it sticks terribly. It was excellent while new.
