It is a good product and it is good at air frying it has a nice screen

Terrible product, it stopped working 2 months after purchase. Huge waste of money. I threw the box out and couldn't return it. I regret this purchase.

It stopped working in couple of months. Sinxe it was out of return window. So I have reachbout to Bella tk claim warranty.

I got this to be an in between size between my first 5 quart airfryer and my larger 8 quart airfryer. It has a touch screen programing, no button push to this. So far in the days that i have owned this, french fries, chicken strips, reheat pizza, smores, all going well. The unit is all black, black on black with bright white information, clear and easy to read, takes up small footprint if counter, similar to much 5 quart. Cleaning up is easy, bottom grill comes out easy. The cord is a little shorter than other units i have, so makes it a bit awkward for me to use on my island where i prefer to do it because the outlets are set lower below the counter than what it would be if i had it on my main counter and cord going up. Has to set close to the edge. Overall, it does what it says, cooks things, crisps things, cleanup standard like my other units, price is right in competative with other brands. I have nothing bad to say about it, nothing that would cause any demerrit's. no real criticisms other than i will have to wait and see if touch screens will last better than conventional buttons. All my others have those, we'll see if this has any issues. For now i do reccomend this item.

I want to give it more stars because it was good for the first 3 or 4 uses. The fan went out with in a month so ill gibe ot 1 star.

The fan was broken when I received the item and I had to return it. Not so user friendly.

I have to admit, air fryers aren't usually something I would review. This is unit is GREAT! My wife and I upgraded from a smaller unit, and just in that, being able to cook a good size serving of fries for my wife and I doesn't take forever, because a normal amount for the 2 of us isn't stacked way up. (obviously they tell you to do a "single layer", but who actually eats that small of a serving of fries?!) I've reheated meals, made fries to veggie patties to pizza rolls, and all turn out amazing! If the package of whatever you're cooking doesn't have air fryer directions, usually a quick google will give you an idea of what you need. The different modes are great (other than the fry mode being a touch long actually for a single serving of fries for 2 people, think 4 "servings" on the package). I only have one small gripe, and that is the touch sensitive buttons seem to have a small delay, and I've double pressed them on multiple occasions because I didn't realize my first touch had registered a quarter to half second later than expected.
