    5 months in and it’s dead! We have had this for 5 months and now it won’t turn on. Worked great until then.

    Cheap product. Will ask you about 30 days before it is no longer functioning as desired, much like Best Buy customer support. Avoid this product, and this place.

    It literally worked for 20 minutes then shut off. Wouldn't power back on. Went to return it and could not get a replacement as none were available.

    The touch system doesn’t work properly. You have to press multiple times to set the fryer. Don’t throw your money on this trashy product

    I got this as a gift for my mother who is elderly. When she opened the box there was no user instructions/guide. I need this sent to her on how to use the airfryer. I would recommend if she had instructions.

    Difficult to get the drawer in the right position to turn on. And sometimes even when it is in the right position, you can walk away and the drawer will move and it will turn off. Loved the blue though!
