    Don’t waste your money

    Terrible, attempted to cook a meatloaf, and it wouldn’t get the internal temp passed 150F after 4 hours don’t waste ur money unless u only want to use it for already cook food. Definitely not worth it I have the Bella Pro series. Also attempted to bake some brownies didn’t work burned the outside and inside still raw.

    Dead air fryer in 3 months~

    It worked for 3 months, and then it died. Dead, dead, dead! I used it a couple of days a week. I loved it when it worked, But now it's just dead.

    Warranty scam

    I will never, ever purchase another Bella product. I purchased the air fryer as a gift. I just gift wrapped the item when it arrived. When she opened it the handle on the basket was broke. I contacted Best Buy and was told i had to contact the company so i did. Sent "all" information including pictures and was told nothing they can do. Smh.

    All of these bella air fryers are just junk. 2 times now they have just stopped working right after the warranty is over. It took a couple months to get the smell to go away from the coating. So frustrating.

    Broken when opened

    I received a broken item. I purchased online for in store pick up. I picked it up and the box was dented but I didn’t think anything of it. I opened it and noticed that it was broken. I didn’t state only that it was a broken appliance. I was a upset/ it does work well but I would preferred to received one in good condition!

    Worked great for 6 months then died. Unfortunately I didn't keep the reciept, so I am stuck. Was $50 when I bought it and that was a good deal. The light never stopped blinking and there is no clock.

    You get what you pay for

    Works ok on manual preset items are useless as there is no info on how to use them . If you touch the presets nothing happens. No instructions were included price was cheep quality is also.

    Stopped working within 30 days of purchase after several uses. The unit powers on but no longer heats and fan stopped working.

    Bella disappointment

    The on/ off button wasn’t working properly and one of the four rubber feet wasn’t attached correctly. What a disappointing purchase.
