Good but no pre-heat option.

One drawback, and thus the four-star rating, is that it doesn’t have a pre-heat; once you turn it on, it is on and the timer starts so you need to give it a minute to warm up and remember to go back and add your food because there is no “beep” to let you know it is ready.

Good air fryer, bad removable tray

You don’t need to air fry things at the high temp. Only bad thing is the removable tray. The plastic side things falls off & one of them burned up , which I didn’t know it fell off.
