The touch screen is annoying. I have to press things several times before it finally starts working.

It may be my age (I am 77 years old) but I have a hard time finding the setting I want to use because there is nothing visual until I start pushing on the screen that is black. Often, getting the wrong setting and having to reset by unplugging the fryer and start over.

Replacement Parts by 3rd party sellers only

When I asked if I could get a replacement grill tray, they told me to find a 3rd party seller. I've looked and to find the "right" size and fit is dang near impossible. I should have stuck to the more well known name brands.
